Important requirements for your delivery

When you place and pay for your order you will receive an invoice.

Please keep the invoice for future reference.

Payment of the item is required in full (or with AfterPay) prior to us sending your items.

Delivery via Australia Post Express Post Satchels with a tracking number that will be sent to you.

The best addresses for your delivery are either:
PO Box numbers, Place of work, or an address where a person can receive the delivery.

Sorry but we cannot take any responsibility for items left out side unattended, so please use one of the above options to ensure you receive the product.

What if you got the wrong size?

The exchange/return and refund policy.

Simply return your purchase in original condition within 21 days for a full refund.
Please email returns@skatesaustralia.com.au for further information and instructions.

Exchanges and returns are at your cost and your responsibility.

NOTE - DO NOT MOUNT or mark the boots in any way, or you will be charged additional costs.

Once your items are received

We will replace it with the correct size at no additional cost to you.

Or you can choose to cancel the order from this point onwards with a refund, less a $40 cancellation fee.

Guarantee of Authenticity

The EDEA authentic products are sold exclusively through Skates Australia as the EDEA Australia Authorised Dealer of EDEA boots and products.

Please be aware that there are currently only two recognised EDEA product distributors in Australia. 

Skates Australia cannot be held responsible for any purchases or products from any other retailer.

EDEA Australia reserves the right to modify at any time the models featured on this website.
